5 ways to strip that fat fast - Health - Weight Loss

Remember: No fast food if you want to strip that fat.</p>

<p>3. Include a Healthy Fat Source At Each MealUnfortunately most people have been falsely led to believe that fat is what makes them fat. This statement is only partially true. It is the hydrogenated, highly processed, trans fats and unnatural fats that are making people fat. This means that not all fat is bad. Healthy fats actually help your body burn fat. Some examples of healthy fats are: extra virgin olive oil, extra virgin coconut oil, all nuts (except for peanuts and cashews), raw butter, avocados, and the fats naturally found in whole organic eggs and meats.</p>

<p>Drink about 1/2 of your body weight in ounces of clean water each day(that means no tap water). For example: a 200 lb person should be drinking around 100 ounces of water each day.</p>

<p>5. Eat Small Meals Throughout The DayEat 4-6 small meals per day instead of the usual 2-3 large meals.Eating frequently will help regulate and boost your metabolism to burn more calories.</p>
